2002 Collings D2H

SOLD | 2002 Collings D2H. This is a nice classic Collings dread that has opened up nicely with age and has developed a robust and clear voice, with great bass and fat trebles that will cut through any mix no problem. Sikta spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, herringbone trim around the top, zig zag back strip, Wavery tuners. Excellent condition, with some light wear coming from 15 years of normal use and some hairline checking of the back finish. The guitar has been played but also cared for. Needs nothing, other than some loving hands and ears to please for the next 15 years or more. Come with the original Collings hard shell case. s/n 8022.
